The William N. Pennington Student Achievement Center is a 78,000-square-foot building centered on student success. Services include the Writing Center, Math Center, Tutoring Center, Career Studio, Advising Center, Nevada Military Support Alliance Veterans’ and Military Center, Disability Resource Center, Counseling Services and TRiO Scholars Programs. Opened Spring 2016.

Peavine Hall is a new residence hall featuring a “Wellness Theme” providing residents with an opportunity to place a priority on health nd wellness topics that intersect with the daily lives of college students. Opened in Fall 2015..

E. L. Wiegand Fitness Center is a vibrant hub of campus fitness and recreation, offering indoor courts, weightlifting, cardio training, fitness classes and activities, indoor running track, and stadium stairs for training. Opened Spring 2017.

The Innevation Center, located in downtown Reno, is a synergistic, collaborative space to stimulate the creation and incubation of start-ups and accelerate the growth of the knowledge-driven economy of the region.

Ponderosa Village is housing for graduate students and their families that opened in August of 2014. The new apartment-style living community boasts one and two bedroom unit options, located on the eastern edge of campus.
